I am a songwriter, author, and motivational teacher focused on changing lives and adding value by sharing my life story passionately and with transparency. Life happens to all of us and sometimes you need to tell your heart to beat again, I had to do it. Through sharing my personal experiences I would like to encourage you to make decisions today that will enable you to live well and finish well. I understand the value of having a sound belief system, laughing while wiping a tear and standing tall against all odds. I can sing in the rain and dance in the desert, just give me rhythm and lipstick.
